Install 17s if u drive on smooth roads otherwise any other good branded 15s alloys u can also go for original 16s civic alloys
Get oem red H Monograms for front rear and steering
Install fogs , hids in fogs n low beam
Get it bodykitted
Tint the rear glass and buy shades dnt get the whole car tinted bc of strict security these days
Get oriel type side mirrors with indicators u can get them from zamzama
Try searching for multifunction steering wheel
Install dvd player with back camera if u dnt have at present
I know the list has already crossed 1 lac mark go for the upgrades slowly n gradually

well bro ur civic is looking so hot Mashallah, i just noticed today, any how i could not add bodykit as my driveway is really steep, sometimes bumper touches the ground while going in garage. Only thing i could add is Side skirts (i dont like lip spoiler on this shape) n front grille.

So Inshallah ill get skirts and i have mugen grill lying in store. Could u please pm me painter's contact number so il take a quote for skirts and grille.
Also will he fit skirts, or i hv to go to any denter first.

Speaking of Navigation, do you know that you can get the latest IGO version that comes in the 9th gen Civic installed in the 8th gen Civic?

I had it done by Tracking World. Upgrade cost is just Rs 2000/- :). It is a really a huge improvement over the old software.

Rs 25K for 9th gen and app 10K for the 8th gen immobilizer key. breakup is Rs 6700 for the blank key and rest are for the key cutting and key mapping by Atlad Honda warranty guy

I recently sold a small car and had barely enough budget to get hold of a new City or this. I opted for a 2010 50k (the mileage and condition are genuine and not tempered since a friend was using it) driven car. I follow posts but seldom comment so I do knowyou have/have had a City. Now I'm told I should've gone for the brand new one. Just need an opinion what I must be missing out on had I bought the new City (the mileage isn't an issue).
P.S. My car needs a bit of work here and there to bring it to my taste (i.e. It lacks the 3rd key perhaps or the smudged steering emblem, rest it's in a satisfactory condition, the engine is pristine, the suspension is perfect, the body hasn't ever been painted, the rest of the interior is totally clean as it previously had aftermarket seat covers which I took off after buying it etc).

I checked with Honda Point near Lahore Airport they told me 4k for normal key and 10k with the remote built in.

Ooh.. As my civic dont have a builtin remote. So i was estimated 7500/- for key without remote. The cost was like 2000/- for key 2500/- for integration and 2500/- labour cost. Total 7k
Forget it was 7k or 7.5k.

Yes I do have a 1.3 city nowadays and now planning to sell it for 1.5 model.
Brother if mileage isnt an issue. Id say you have made a right choice. Civic is much more better. I too opted for a 60k driven civic instead of buying one more brand new city. City is only good for local commuting. On long. City is not that good.
Civic is much more comfortable and fun to drive as compared to city.

Looking for a 2009 and above Vti Oriel (manual or prosmatec - any would do). Ideally the car should be in Islamabad with mileage of less than 50k. What sort of price range are we talking about here? Does anyone know of any good car for sale?

Oriel Manual - 16 - 16.5 max
And please go for a well maintained(preferably Honda maintained) car no matter if price is bit more than market. Abused Hondas are nightmare. Stay away from abused cars. Good luck with search.
