I switched my car on cng and i am satisfied with its mileage as i am getting up to 200+ km in 55 kg one tank on long.

This car was Automatic and converted to Manual by previous owner

Now i want to convert my car from Manual to Automatic gears because I am facing some disk slip problem and due to this i feel lot of pain in my left leg and can't use clutch frequently.

Please guide me that it will be good or not on cng because petrol average is not good as i mentioned already and how much it will cost and which parts are going to change like Gear,computer and wiring etc.

Engine of my car is 4AFE 1.6

Do you mean my O2 sensor is fine giving 0.1 volts to 0.3 volts when connected?

if the car was OEM Auto check for the ide plate in engine bay digits written at: TRAN/AXLE you will be needing an ECU & transmission for conversion only

it is a car which even Pak Suzuki have stopped support for, though i liked the car pretty much but lack of OEM NEW parts and CHO__A mechanic class in our country it has misreably failed. The engine mounts are expensive then mounts for 2010 Corolla., conversion from manual to auto will be at premium price

later to be regretted with tears

It Tested Normally And Readings Varies From 0.1-0.9

I Generates Upto 0.9V When Its Rich And 0.1V On Lean

So I Guess It Shld Be Near Around 0.3-0.5V When Working...Best Is To Remove And Bench Test It To Be 100% Sure Abt Its Working And Not Being Stuck At particular Voltage

You Need Cable Shifter AT And Its Complete Plate And Stuff To Replace Clutch ....

Japanese A/T Are ECT While Old Models Have Cable Type...normally ECT A/T People Find It Difficult To Make It Work Due To Wiring .... So They Prefer Manual Wired Model Which Came In PKDM Models

Will try to remove and then test but I can see a lot of red metal around the sensor and it will not be easy to remove. Any advise for removing the sensor carefully?

My jdm ae100 has auto trany with a branch of accelerator cable going to transmission. I want to know the purpose of this cable? It also has an adjuster to tight or losen the cable. What is the function of this cable and adjuster?

is it connected to throttle ? or that is shifter cable???

The accelerator cable has two branches. one goes to throttle body and other one to the transmission.
