if this is what we are going to get then i must say im dissapointed by looking at the photos this is such a boring design as far as these photos are in question, cannot say how it will look in person.

You can't be too sure, unless Honda have announced that there will be two Civics. Honda might have gone the same route as most manufacturers like Toyota and VW by only making ONE World model.
example New Corolla is same everywhere.
By doing this manufacturers save a lot of money.

We are for sure going to have CIVIC with different front (lights & grill) and rear lights.....take my word for it - as my source has always been correct in the past....

We might have a different variant of civic but remember civic will no longer be sold in Japan due to it's poor sales record in recent past (in Japan), could it be that they might only make one version this time?

Wrong. Previous Corolla the 9th generation came in too many shapes. The most famous was the North American Corolla which we also get in Pakistan. The other two are Middle East corolla and European corolla. Same was the case with all previous generation corollas 8th, 7th...etc. Check Wikipedia. Only the latest 10th gen Corolla is a world model. It is same everywhere.

I hope European version which we will get in Pakistan and Middle East gets better fascia and tail lamps. This looks too generic and boring IMO.

the front and the sides are okay but the rear is a big NO NO. what i feel is that in person the car with bigger wheels and tyres the car would look better.

We'r not gonna hav these hot rims and tyres in Pakistan so it would look crappier from the side considering the reduced rear half like city.

In the red civic in original post (sportier, silencer between the bumper), tail lights look exactly like the old city (IDSI VARIO) ones with that reflecting sticker over them at the protruded portion of the boot.

In the white one it feels like Honda have used the Toyota Allion tail lights.

Its better they give some upgrades in the current model regarding luxury, safety, traction, more air bags and a decent stereo and oh nicer rims n tyres not those suicide tyres we get in Pakistan.
