A Big Misconception Of Honda Vezel Transmission Fluid: Difference between ATF DW1 vs ATF DW1 Ultra

Since 2014, vezel owners are confused regarding the DCT transmission fluid that only ultra ATF DW1 is compatible whereas the locally available ATF DW1 is not meant for vezel. I thoroughly searched on this issue and led to this conclusion as follows:

The word "ultra" has nothing to do with oil grade or specification of fluid as it is only trade name or mark of honda lubricants in japan "HONDA ULTRA LTD", such as Honda ultra ow 20, ultra BF dot 4 etc,. In fact it is 100% same as atf dw1 locally available in Honda dealerships. No need to pay Rs.15000 for 4 Ltr pack. Its all gimicks of shopkeepers. One of pakwheels forum brother once wrote email to Honda japan who also replied same as i discussed above... PLS SEE THE PICS ATTACHED BELOw WHICH WILL MAKE THE PICTURE CLEAR.

I have a Honda Fit 2016 Model 45000 driven.
I have changed my transmission oil. I used ATF DW1(locally available) I bought it from my city local Honda dealership and now I have driven my car about 80-150 kms and my transmission is perfectly fine, no issues or warning light. Just wanted to say Thanks.Amount of oil drained was 1.5L and amount of oil poured was also 1.5L when the overflow started flowing.

Alhumdolillah Yes. No issues at all. I also changed the actuator fluid. I used dot4 brake fluid by Profi car and the transmission is working very well. Mashallah .

Be aware Ultra ATF DW1 transmission oil is being made in china here is the proof please scan the language on the cardboard with google language scan. I will suggest to use local available Honda ATF DW1 because I have already used it in my Honda Fit L 2016 and I have driven it 1000 kms untill now and it is still working fine Alhumdolillah no check lights or warning lights at all .Mashallah
