I'm using ZONG mbb so can't say anything...
But service of PTCL is really bad in Faisalabad. My cousin is using PTCL and he is always on phone registering complaints. It stays out of order atleast 5 day's in a month and rest of the day's speed problem and it disconnects again an again on it's own.

Hamari street me to logo ko itni problems ati thi saro ne PTCL k connection hi katwa diye hain... Abb pole bilkul khali ha uss pe PTCL ka koi connection hi nahi ha. Abb uss pole ko normal ye TV cable k liye use krr rahay hain
