Condensated water shuld never be consider clean as Disteled water. As it is collected on the surfaces which usualy contains lead, zinc, etc. The condensate watervwill absorb heavy metals as it collects on the AC surfaces.
Condensate water is basicaly distilled (pure) water when it condenses on the surfaces of the AC evaporator but in that situation it is extremely absorbent of everything it comes in contact with. As pure water is considered the universal solvent even it abosrbs Notrogen & may be other gases from the air so its doesnt matters that how clean the drain pipe or fins of the evapoartors is it wud definatley contains impurities.
As per my personal experince couples of years back i have tried to use it in my UPS batteires & the results were far worst than of if i had use normal tap water. Wen ever it comes to Bateries, Radiaotor or any other requirments aleays try to use Ditilled or Deionised water of a good brand/Source.
