@mgk bro not selling separately.. its a project that we made for our family. it wasnt made for the purpose of selling..now we need some investment in busines so selling it off. the whole area is fenced. we have made roads and infrastructure.

its a huge area.. but its fully developed. terraces are made for garden.grapefruit oranges sugercane and a lot of vegetables are currently being grown there. not for commercial purpose just for our family usage.the land there is very fertile plus the scenic beauty is another major factor..
