I have seen many people here asking if anyone knows a good mechanic here in islamabad/rawalpindi...... So i thougt I should at least tell about the one i visit from the last 6 years or so and whom i have found to be very experienced and most importantly, honest.......
The guy is extremely good in rebuilding diesel engines and is also very good in troubleshooting the problems which are mostly hard to diagnose by many mechanics...like the backfiring problem of baleno on cng, cng consumption problems, suspension issues etc....... and best of all, he charges a very reasonable amount for his work......
His name is yousaf and his shop is in chah sultan, if u r on murree road and coming from faizabad going towards saddar, when u cross chandni chowk signal, then rawal road signal, then comes general hospital, keep to the left, there would be a left turn for chah sultan, some shops after general hospital that is, after turning left, go straight and keep looking right, after some furniture shops there would be an entrance into an ahata, the entrance is painted red on the sides, it's called ahata mubarak....ask for yousaf ustad, his shop is the left most in the ahata........
