A good buy in 12 lacs!

Hi, Pakwheels community,
I need recommendations from you guys on buying a car for family use only.
My range is 12-13 lacs.
I am looking for a used car in good condition, relatively new model i.e. models after 2008 with spare parts available in the market and most importantly spacious.
I am doing a market survey and research and going to nearby showrooms. I live in Ghazi, KPK.
The road is quite rough here. So a car has to cater to that too.
Some of the cars I liked are Toyota Vitz, Prius, Corolla GLI, Honda Airwave, Fielder, Probox etc.
What do you recommend?

Some plus points about the car that you can share?
You can also recommend any car not in the list, which you think can better suit the needs I listed above.

Well the list you mentioned, Fielder and Probox is the best cars in this. A GLI is also a good option.

Both are tough vehicles with parts availability in market.
You will find a good Probox in this price range but for a good maintained fielder you have to add some $$.

Still asking what is your priorities??
Fuel efficient ?
Comfort?
Manual auto??
Car with trunk?

If you are good with a small car, iwill suggest you 660cc jdm.
Spacious and fuel efficient.

You can also think for Swift.

Go for the newest car you can afford, don’t buy Japanese.

Grateful for the suggestions.
I am looking for a family car that I can use for long time with a good fuel efficiency like that of a Prius.
Comfortable to the level of any of the modern day family cars that can bear some extra weight( Costly comfort is not a priority, since it comes with an extra $$ paid, just AC, heaters and good seats will be OK).
I need Auto and for the trunk part, it can be like vitz or GLI or probox, no compulsion.

New and Spacious cars don't come in such budget as far as I have searched. If you know of a place then do share it with me.
Why not the Japanese, they are every where you look on the street.

After all, iwill suggest you now only 2 cars. Its upon my experience and vision.

1: Corolla ALTIS 1.8 auto 2005-2008 (old shape)

2: 2009-2011 GLI manual.

Probox is a rough and tough car....our company had hired one driver who had this car running on rental basis....the body is strong....AC is brrrr....fuel efficiency not like prius obv (u can get prius like eff in prius only)....rear seat comfort would be an issue.....i personally like this

I dont think u can get fielder in 12...maybe old one but it wud be messed up

If not probox then go for what Owais said above for corrolla

12 lacs leaves u with minimum option....u cannot buy a decent 660cc matchbox in this even
here in twin cities people are asking 11-12 lacs for 06-08 honda cities
