i agree with Getafix(Y), it's a judgement call but in cases with possible head and neck injuries it's bes tto leave it to the professionals.
i think the APV performed excelelnt in the crash. i say this becasue the structure of the front took the major impact and dissipated it accros the front and therefore sending less impact force to the passenger.
people who say "gari khatam ho gai" should realise that modern cars are designed to sacrifice themselves in order to save the occupants. it's called dissipatoion of energy.
