Today while going to my office , I came across a point on Shami road near Askari Villas Lahore Cantt where a Suzuki APV Van had just been collided head on to a tree. The impact was so strong that it had made the van ripped apart in the middle (making a V). The driver a young man of 25 was lying unconscious in his seat . His physical condition was obvious for a head injury. There were not any signs of him wearing seat belts and air bag deployment (I doubt whether APV has airbags or not). A crowd gathered, 1122 called on and it arrived in just five minute. and immidiately shifted the person to hospital while informing the dependents about the incident.

In the 2nd pic the driver can obviously seen lying unconcious.
