A Housewife seeking suggestions and advices on which is the best place to live in Islamabad

Aoa Everyone, I am Mrs Mariyam Khizer, i am 27 years old & i have 2 years old son as well.We are presently living in Peshawar and have decided to Shift to Islamabad permanantly. But we dont know much places over there. We are thinking to buy a 2 kanal house, so i would like to know which would be the best place we should go for. The 3 places i have heard about are f11, Dha & Bahria town.

Dha and Behria are way far from Islamabad...if you want to live specifically in Islamabad, you should opt for any F sector or G sector.....
and among DHA and behria, i may recommend Bahria town....

Really? How far are they? Which F sectors would be best? Do you have any idea of the price range in F sectors?

Yeah they are approx 15-20 km outside islamabad...and any F sector is good depending about your budget,,,starting from the lower like F6,F7,,,the lower the sector, the higher the prices,,,F6 is the most expensive among them,,,I mean VERY VERY expensive...F6 is expensive than F7, F7 is expensive than F8 etc etc..
You can buy a house in G sector,,its also a very decent sector close to F...
A 2 kanal house in F7 can be between 18-30 cror..
while in G7 it would be between 8-12 cror

E11,f10,f11 sectors are gud.

Also consider Naval Anchorage. It is very secure Scheme.

We never called for a water tanker thru all these years

Still more secure thn other socities/areas
All major school hv purpose built campuses now on g.t road

I think the areas in the outskirts of islamabad are better for u. They are not much expensive and also easily accessible from islamabad. Moreover they are away from unrest of the city life
