Apologies for late reply, I totally forgot about it and did not follow it.
Wax oil makes a thin film and coats the body. It dries out quickly and then it will repel all dust, water or any form of deposits. Just pour some water on a candle and see what happens or rub your hands on a candle and then run water on your hands to see effectiveness.
If its very well coated, HP should not affect it but to be on safe side reduce pressure and use it on an angle while washing underneath. You will not have any deposits anyway.
While on it, I do not understand our obsession with SERVICE, we take a garden hose very Sunday and wash car like its a MAJH (BHAINS/BUFFALO) and drown it under tonnes of water.:-#
I only service my car twice a year or after long Tour and thats it. Otherwise I only take a bucket of water and wash the whole car, the only place I use water in beaker (still from bucket) is on windscreen and use my hand to clear the dust away and then use cloth/newspaper to dry it out.
If you do find wax oil (Probably from plaza) then also spray it on doorsils and areas where water traps.
Cheers,
Kaleem
