A little suggestion to PakWheels?

Well.. keeping it simple and to the point.. A get together for PakWheels anniversary is coming up in Sialkot right? And it's scheduled on 18th of July. Correct? Good. What I don't understand is why not 17th? Even if 18th is the official PakWheels celebration day, still why not someday when all of us can easily participate? And out of city members? Well I don't see them arriving at the event.

I hope I made a point.

venue for gathering: the city school ground tariq road
time & date: 04:30 pm (date will be 17th july because it is a sunday)
dinner: taragon city (opening soon) (if not opened then someother option will be considered)
per head contribution: 400-500 approx (dinner will be for willing members only)
“dinner is not compulsory.”

bro 18 is high lighted due to aniversary ocassion for which we are having this get to gather.
and 17 is the date because it,s a sunday.
and we already know that every one will able to join us on sunday.
so plz kindly read the topic clearly.
then u will come to know that it,s already on sunday.
18 is mentioned to show that it,s for the sake of bday of pakwheels.

We were planning this from some time.

I don't mean to pick on anyone or start anything here. Would like you guys to read these above pasted lines. It's pretty much confusing in the front place. "is being organized on 18th July 2011 in Sialkot." Some illiterates like me wouldn't even read any further after reading this. Structure of this sentence makes all the sense it's supposed to. So I would like the person with such extraordinary bilingual skills who came up with these lines, read this and prove me wrong.

But I was, on yours. What is the point in posting those lines here Sir? You asked a query which was resolved. Now you know the date and time. Please be on the gtg and have fun. Why would one drag things for no reason. To me, the posted lines completely make sense and are not confusing at all. 18th is the actual birth date, and 17th is the gtg as it is a Sunday. Whats complicated?

I read it Sir. I have been looking at that thread since long. I suppose, it was first being held on 18th but as it was Monday, the plan changed to 17th.
