I dnt knw about "sai-e-lahasil". Is ID ne almost all replies ko like kia hai. Aur is ka ID bhi bilkul new hai. Aur is ID se mujhy friend request bhi aai. But I dnt knw about him.

I think this kind of tour can't be more economical. Although I included our Tent price but it is one time cost.

Yes you r right brother..It seems to be very economical since all the camping equipment is also included ...Congrats for such a nice trip

we also had a similar tour but on jeeps...tell me we captured this mountain before they left us at jeep drop point before the fairy meadows trek start point...jeep drivers said it is rakaposhi, please advise if its the same>??

Salute to you guys!!! I have never seen such a coverage of Nanga Parbat.. You guys were really very crazy about that adventure..!! The best part of your adventure was trek up to NP basecamp..!! You guys made it quite easily.. BRAVO i would say.. Thanks for sharing your adventure with us. Surely, it will motivate many other north lovers like us to explore FM, the way u people did. This is Diran peak as told by Mubeen bhai. Rakaposhi is situated on left side of this peak and can not be seen from Jeep point.

We did this with the bless of Allah.

I think its not very difficult if one is determinant to do this trek. Many stories about this trek are just rumors but some are real facts like there is almost no tree b/w Raikot to Tattoo, so there is no shadow in the trek. We found trees near Tattoo. Also there is no water on the track.
But one can fix these issues by carrying water with him and taking start as early as possible.

Huzaifa... Its brave that you people did this trek. But one of the facts that i must share from my tour in 2007 when we were coming back from Tatoo to Raikot bridge, the jeep driver spotted a snake on road side and we all witnessed with our eyes and in camera.... No doubt its dangerous to trek on this route(At least for the visitors). Thanks Allah you guys are safe.

Cant we cook our own food at fairy meadows? what if we buy some raw food from Tatto or Raikot and cook it there?

You can cook your own food at FM but remember one thing, you will have to camp at FM within the vicinity of any hotel. So its better you contact with hotel management and fix the terms and conditions (like camping, washroom, food etc).

May be they did not allow to carry dry wood from Fairy meadows for cooking purposes. So better u take small gas stove.

There is only one small shop at Raikot Bridge and it contains only juices, bottles, and doesn't contain the stuff like Rice, Flour, pulses etc. There are shops in Tattoo but u will find the things in higher rates (as told by locals). So its better u purchase the things from Chilas.

1) We stayed in Broadview hotel and it has the best location among all the hotels of FM. Fazal ur Rehman is manager and his # 0312-9705843

2) We pitched our tent in hotel ground. Electricity is available in all the hotels so u can charge ur mobiles and cameras. Mobiles don't work at FM but there is a signal point just behind Broadview hotel so u can use ur mobiles.

3) I have been told u what our guide told us. Actually FM and surrounding is property of Locals and Tourism is only their main source of income. Local have the right to say that you are not allowed to camp there at his place. So its better to give them some benefit by camping in their vicinity. Its also economical.
