A memorable tour to Fairy meadows & Nanga Parbat base camp

But there is one thing common in all pics. Brutal murder of jungle by the locals !
Wood and chopped down trees are every where. In our country locals treat jungle as their father's property.
Its every where, from Northern areas to Galiaat and Kashmir.
But I have witnessed the ruthless destruction at its height in Lalazar (Naran) and Fairy meadows.

We reached Beyaal in 50 minutes. All the way is so beautiful that you forget all the worries, tensions, depression, even tiredness

Very gentle and easy hike. Beyaal is a good place for camping. There are also beautiful wooden huts and some cafe but those were closed at our time. Guide told us that these huts and cafe remain open only in peak season.

Absolutely right brother. They are destroying the real beauty of earth. These areas are so remote that forest officer would think 100 times before going there.

After passing some time in Beyaal we continued towards base camp. There is a point called "Nanga parbat view point" situated b/w Beyaal and NP base. There is very clear view of entire Nanga parbat and Raikot Glacier.

At somewhere near view point I took snaps of different directions from this point.

Our guide told us that there are two types of glaciers. One is male and other one is female . Glacier of pure snow is male whereas the other glacier which is mixture of mud and snow is female glacier. Ab asal haqiqat ka to koi geologist hi bta skta hai
