A Question for sport bike riders

A simple question. Do you get stopped by cops for not having a front license plate? Since there is no place to attach a license plate at front on a sport bike how to satisfy cops? I was stopped by one the other day and it was quite a task to go off without getting a ticket.
What I have done for the time being is avoid the cops or better fire past if I see one, but I am thinking to cut non-reflecting sticker on the wind screen to avoid future trouble.

cops stopped me, but always ran away and they never tried to chase me when i m on sports bike

Yes but my problem is that we don't have any other sport bike in my city so everyone knows who is running Thats why the question was asked otherwise running is never a problem..

ive got a trail bike had issues with the cops too, had a number plate guy designe a plate on his pc then had it cut it out, looks ok and best of all no holes...

u can have a sticker type number written on da front mud guard i think dis wat dat is kalled or get da same painted wid wite wats a big deal?

Correct me if i'm worng, Some biker friend told me that the federal government has ruled out putting the number plate on the bike on the front. That goes for all bikes. I asked him the source of the information. For this, he said that he read it in a newspaper.

I'm not sure if he is right or wrong.

I never got a comment from cops for a number plate in front of my superbike.

Hmmmm, if thats the case it should get clear so I can lash at cops if they stopped me again for not having a front plate.

This rule is initiated by federal government so i'm not sure if they same can be followed elsewhere.

If it comes to Traffic laws then you have to put both registartion plates on ur bike even u havnt any proper place on front of ur bike.
BTW If u r Law abider then u can put front registarion plate in this way,

^That destroys the whole beauty if it. A sticker cut out to form registration number onto the wind shield would be rather a better option!

I picked up my bike number plates last week and they gave me two, which obviously means that the front one is mandatory. However the big ISB plates do not fit in the front, no matter what angle I try, so I have a custom small plate in the front and the original one at the rear.

i was once given a ticket/chalaan for not having one...infact the SERGEANT said..."number plate lagao...i said kis jaga ?....and he looked at the front end...and said..NUMBER PLATE NAHI HAY....CHALAAN HO GA!!!"...and i was like :S ?????

Well I have made out a sticker onto the windshield. I think it will serve the purpose fine..!!
