Hi Wheelers, this time a quick trip to lahore to kumrat in 36 hours non stop action,
initially at 12th September we had plan with Nafees bhai HATT biker and traveler and Mohsin (friend) to go to kalash, chitral and phander on bike but unfortunately on 8th muharam at 29th September to onward due to some circumstances we are unable to go to trip, because i didn't get leaves approved because of job projects and concerns and mohsin's father wasn't well and hospitalized, on Sat suddenly i ask mohsin to go to mirpur kashmir which is not very far from lahore and make a one day trip and camping at ramkot fort, i called my friend in mirpur to arrange bbq, so we decided to go on sat night at 8 pm, we dropped one of our friend at Kalla shah Kaku and took motorway while suddenly one of my friend(driver) said calculate how far Dir is, and i got flesh in my mind loo g hun gae Dir ... we calculated it almost 16 Hour journey from lahore to kumrat. and we have only 36 hours because i will appear in office on monday in any case but my friend insist to go to kumrat and i will surely drive without any rest, he also got 2 more votes from my 2 friends as we were 4 friends and i also labaik on his call to go to kumrat as kumrat is also in my wish list since 2009-10.. so plan have been changed from ramkot fort to kumrat and we started our journey at 9PM from lahore motorway to kumrat Valley.

left Lahore at 9:00 PM at 1:30 Mardan
30 min for tea break
left mardan at 2 AM - Reach Dir chowki infront of Kumrat Valley gate and new road at 6:30 AM
short stay for pics
Left Dir 7:00 - reach Thall at 11 AM short stay near some unknown village for phot and for fresh . face wash and relax at bank of river
left Thal 11:30 AM for kumrat at jeep
short stay reach kala pani at 1:30 PM
return journey starts at 2:30 PM reach lal abshar 3:00 PM
Reach Thall at 3:45 PM
return
Left thall at 4:30
we forgot same way on return as we forgot broken bridge turn and took route to old dir road so wasted our pricious 1 hr to reach Dir again
reach Dir Chowki at 9 PM
Reach lahore at 8:30 AM
