A Short Family Trip to Neelum Valley (upto Sharda)

yes, neelum valley hai hi aisi ..... all of our family members are of the opinion that on next time, they will again go to neelum valley and will explore its remaining part i.e. kel, taobut and shounter.

Hydro Electric Board Guest House (Kutton/Jagran Resort)
Family Cottage (3 bed rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 washroom, 1 store and living hall with sofa set and tv, etc) rent is Rs.3,000
Bachelor Room (2 beds, kitchen and washroom) rent is Rs.1,400
Single Room rent is Rs.900. Did not see it from inside

Tourist Huts, Upper Neelum, Keran
Family Hut (2 bed rooms with attach baths, 1 kitchen and living) rent is Rs.1,700

Dear ame_raz, route map was quite simple. We use GT road for travelling from Lahore to Rawalpindi/Murree. Then from Murree, we use kohala road to travel to muzaffarabad [this road goes through Gharial camp, bhurban, kohala bridge (neelum view point) and straight to muzaffarabad]. Very scenic road.
We used rented hi-roof for the trip, and could not able to properly monitor mileage from home to home but petrol consumption from home to home was around 14k-15k.

Road from Kundal Shahi to Kutton was not as good but also not as long, some 3-4 km i think, so that's why you can take your car there.

Road condition is fine till Keran. But from Keran onward, road condition is not so good and a lot of water streams are there on the way with bad patches... therefore, i will not recommend city car from Keran onward.

Weather at day time of our visit was somehow hot at Kutton, but pleasant at Sharda and Upper Neelum. Nights were chill.

Thanks for liking. For booking at HBE Kutton, just call 05822-921063 or 0300-5676588 (Mr. Iqbal Khokhar). But as the season is starting, therefore, it's better to book your suite some 10 days before trip.

hahahahaha .... actually, we pick our sister and brother-in-law along with their 1 year kid from pindi.... is liye pindi tk to aaram se guzara ho gya tha, ha pindi k baad zara, no actually kafi compromise karna para tha but neelum ki beauty dekhte huay in baton ka pta he na chala .... bs wapsi p shiddat se intizar tha k kb pindi aye, kb hm unhe drop karay aur kab aaram se beth k so sakain
