Do we have ECU tuning service in Pakistan? I am sure my car needs that as the electrician randomly tried different ECUs and fitted the one which worked.

yes. but only when ecu is chippable or you have to chip it.
seriously!! no stock ecu?? then how n/a ecu is handling boost?

May be he had 2, 3 ECUs for k10 turbo. We got complete wiring with engine including ecu.

After engine foundations were welded, we took a ride in car and it was fine. But on next day car lost power in every gear. It seemed liked clutch is pressed 50%. We were revving engine and car used to move slowly. The electrician changed the ECU and it started working fine again. On last day when I took car for drive, I felt when car is in D, it jerks a little after 5, 6 seconds. I told the electrician about this, he then changed another ECU and everything worked fine.

I can only advice you in my experience and understanding you are continues doing mistake mistake and mistake you know you are collecting garbage suppose you maintain or recondition you car 100% as per your thinking lets assume car became nice cotndition after complete all jobs.
1. You can make sound off the khadaks.
2. After some months passes you fell the steering kangi is creating problem then ?
3. After some months use your mechanic said the gadries are expired because rusty from inside he was not view when he saw outside that were looking fine.
4.after one year use shocks will need to replace or repair.
5. Expenses are increase increase and increase ?

I am sure at the end you will exhaust and finally agree to sale bludy old car.
I have done all said experiences which you are mentioning in the pakwheel web site.

wish you best of luck with this old car I strongly recommend purchase/lease new car and leave doing these experiments.

You're right. I am spending money.

Overall I've spent around 140k (I'm out of budget for further expenditure in this month) on this car.
Lets suppose I had sold this car in the initial rust condition. I am sure it wasn't making more than 80k in that condition. Add 140k with it = 220k.

I guess I couldn't get a car better than or at least equal to this in 220k, Islamabad number, ≈100HP, and Auto transmission. In the present condition, it can sell for at least 220k?

My brother bought Baleno for 500k+ in good condition but he still goes to workshop regularly. So I thought if even 500k is not working for me than I shouldn't wait.

I do require car every day. So I can't sell it and increase my budget. The solution I have in mind is, maintain good condition of this car for keeping the selling value and make budget for the new car. Once I get around 800k, I will sell this one and lease one from bank on a year installment inshaAllah. I am open for other solutions as well.

I am Graphic Designer, income increase is expected in coming months.

Brother, Although you have my sympathies but you are getting f'ked. I think you should hire a consultant or take the car to some educated person's workshop.

This seems like a money pit and death trap in the making.

yes there is, it might also cost more than half the price of the engine. You should have just got a g16 or g10 T or g13B

I didn't know about turbo version of G10. Just searched it and found G10aT = 78hp. I still prefer K10aT over G10aT.

Initially G16, G13B were my choices. But after checking prices in market (60k+) , they went out of budget.

I asked for engine suggestions in Pakwheels facebook groups before swapping. Most suggested for G16 and G13B

G series would have been a proper fit with very few modifications.

But as someone suggested, first get your head to a clear direction. Find a mechanic with brain not hit and trial ustad.

Secondly seek advice from someone who knows about cars. Members in PW Facebook pages are mostly teenagers or the ones who are only keyboard experts.
