Hi every one I'm from Jordan & this is the first post for me,

I'm bought a 2006 civic 1.8 R18 with automatic transmission

Some times (once every week) when put the gear on R it take a while then hard engaged, also when but into D hard engaged & the car start from the 2nd gear then 3rd but not in 4th or even 5th gear.

Just When I turned off the engine then on everything is okay!

No check engine or D blinking , but when the problem is appeared I check the DTC :

A/T Clutch Pressure Control Solenoid Valve A cleaned, 5.9 ohms & nice clicks sound then replaced.

Every gear is shifting smoothly and on time

*Replaced the in line filter with Transmission fluid drain & refill for one time

Car done 237K Km

Hi Abdullah

I am facing similar problem with my Civic prosmatec 2009. Car take a jerk when shifted from N to D and shifting up and down to 1st and 2nd gear most of the times. I got it scanned and scanner caught the same error "A/t clutch pressure control solenoid valve a' stuck off". My car mechanic asked me to replace the Gearbox as it got weak over the time.
Let me know how you got the issue resolved before i go and replace the gearbox.
