DAY 22, JULY 22, 2009.

Sost To Karimabad, Hunza ( Approx 80 kms)

Woke up slightly late than usual and after breakfast me and Richard went for hair cut. Then a short round of Sost bazar and ready for the road. Reached back to Passu where Dr Khan was waiting for us. From there he joined us, had biryani at Gulmet and the last stop for the day was Karimabad.

DAY 23, JULY 23, 2009.

Karimabad To Rama (Cant remember the distance)

Richard's rental bike was having some trouble so he canceled his plan to ride with us to Deosai for some other time. Dr Khan was to ride with us till Gilgit from where he was to load his bike on truck and take the flight to Islamabad next day (its another story that things didnt go according to plan and he ended up riding all the way back to Islamabad). Me and Tahir were to continue our ride to Deosai.

Here I want to mention the courage and determination Tahir (Elexir83) showed through out the trip. It was his first long trip and despite having reservations he came all the way and faced all the hurdles without complaining. Thumbs up for Tahir

DAY 24, JULY 24, 2009.

Rama to Sheosar Lake Deosai and back to Nanga Parbat View Point KKH (No Idea of Distance covered)

We spent the night at PTDC hotel, only choice available, and woke up early because wanted to visit Rama lake before we left for Deosai. We covered some distance on motorcycle and after that it was all walking. At that point Tahir gave up and told me to go ahead as he thought he wouldnt be able to walk. So I went to the lake alone.
