First ensure if it is valid or not. Secondly visit the Site and see the progress and lastly, meet up with the representatives.

Thanks to basitalu87 and geforce911, actually I meet the team working on Abdullah city at cityscape exhibition and they confirmed that they got all the necessary approvals for the project, same as you told I need to visit the site and can decide. Thanks for your advice
