Abnormal Engine Sound!

^^^ advancer advances the timing on cng... The same is retarded on petrol. If the timing is stuck advance u will hear knocking..

My 1300cc Corolla 2014 (New Shape) creates Chishhh/Chuss type of sound on starting in the morning for around 1 second.

Any ideas if someone faced it ?
Before this I have not listened to such sound in any car.. yes a 2015 corolla made the same sound in a market.
