Abnormal leakage in accumulator c1391

Prius 2010,1.8.
Getting some alarms.scanned the car with c1391 error telling abnormal leakage in accumulator.
Mechanic saying issue with ABS and need to be replaced.
Please advise.
Also what is the price for ABS system ?

The solution is only to change the Abis unit.I took feedback from many experts.
I didn't change it yet.
