About car Tikli Plate

From where we can get new tikli plate... what is the procedure for it or is it create any issue for at the time of sale a car.

Tikli has vehicles engine number and chassis number embossed on it. Missing tikli means the car has been stolen or has been tampered. It may create problem when selling the car later.

Anyone know where the 'tikli' is located in a Honda City (2009 onwards models)? I don't mean the one on the left side front door jamb. I mean the one in the engine compartment. I want to know the engine capacity, engine type, trim, colour etc. Info which is usually written on the tikli. Thanks in advance.
