About clutch plate?

A.O.A . Facing a problem regarding clutch of my bike honda CD 70 2005. At cold startup, the clutch become loose but after 10 min running it become okayish but remain slightly loose. I have done clutch adjustment for more than one time but this problem arises. What is the possible reason for this problem? Will clutch plate need replacement? @capsat , @hidalgo , @syncview , @Xulfiqar , @saboor73.

Dont know if its an issue or simply nut of clutch adjuster gets loose with time.. my bike after overhauling engine, does same but almost after 1-2 weeks.
Try asking @basic also as he does all his bike's work on his own.

Actually clutch cable is adjusted to its extreme. @basic

you mean to say at cold start bike clutch is slightly hard and when bike heats up it gets loose.
it's because of engine oil, in cold oil is thick needs more force to separate the clutch plates and when temperature comes to optimum clutch becomes normal or you can say it become's loose because you adjusted the wire according to cold temperature. This reason also causes the wire to break also check that.

@Hassan1991 bhai clutch wire change karne ke baad ye masla to hal ho gaya. Magar me parso bridge pe ja raha tha mere sath dost bhi tha hamara wazan takreban 165 kg ho ga to beech me ek dam se bike ne jan chor di yani accelerater dene par bike uth nahi rahi thi. Thore intezar ke baad bike chalna shoro ho gai. Mechanic ne weak clutch plate ka issue bataya ha. Ap ki kya rae ha? Aur koi acha trustworthy mechanic karachi me?

bhai ager clutch plate ka masla ho ga to bike siraf uphill nae continuously ap accelerator ka reponse nae da gii means ap jab bhi throttle sudden increase karo ga to bike response slow da gii and it screams+vibrates a lot.Ap ko feel ho ga bike ka response kam hai or vibration zeyada whereas 165kg is too much weight for a 70 it can't goes uphill with this much weight easily.

Ha bike suddenly response nahi deti feel hota ha ke engine vibrate kar raha ha. Kon si company ki clutch plate use karo? Wese clutch plate ka kam itna bara nahi kisi bhi nechanic se karasakta ho ap kya kehte hain.

han gii kam itna bara nae hai.....vesa atlas ki achi haien but i prefer fcc plates.....they are used in modification better than stock. About 220 ki plates haien.

Nope only plates....pressure plates ap simple bhi use kr sakta ho.

Can you post pics of fcc clutch plates. I might try them.r they available in pindi?

sorry bhai don't have pics but they should be available in pindi easily.
i remember after installing quingi piston clutch plates start slipping even i replaced them with stock one still they slips so i came to know about fcc plates and installing them solves the problem. Visually there's no big difference you just have to trust the seller.

I asked few big shops if they have thick fat clutch plates all said no.

I have qingqi clutch box will install that. It's 3plate compared to chonda 2 plate

Hassan bhai meri bike hai unique ka 2013 ka model isme RPM ziada hota hai beshak bike neutral ho vibrate krti hai mene mechanic se poocha to usme bola clutch plate pressure plate khatam hai or pickup bhi blkl margaya hai iska to kya sach mei clutch plate pressure plate se hal hojayega ye masla
