i am from military and interested in buying a chassis no from army auction, further more i want to put that chassis no on ncp car. can it be done. and if someone have some other suggestions please advice. thing is to buy a car cheaply

Army Auction Vehicles are sold with Frame & engine numbers over the auction voucher, Excise offices when registering such vehicles re-verify the same through the respective DTE in GHQ and through the customs - which take approx 90 days., anything fishy and the custom hawk come into action
YES customs verify the data of engine & chassis number from DTE handling MOD GOODS imported under duty & taxes exemption.

non custom paid cars are illegal to posses. Please recall case of IGFC Balochistan.. it is available on internet by using google.

NCP vehicles are allowed for usage in FCR belt. Those vehicle are not to land in developed urban locations governed under State Constitution for A- Areas.

NCP vehicles are allocated alpha numeric registration number from commissioner offices against an undertaking over CNIC of owners, if such vehicles are found in developed area subject to confiscation and auction by customs.

over period of time we as nation have become criminals to evade state laws has become a habit. So anyone assuming as linked to power corridor or power holder spare no chance to go around and avoid paying revenue to the country.

1. NCP vehs are very common. from karachi to swat, to lahore and queeta.

2 . I live in DHA lahore, i can swear i see 3,4 NCP prados and LCs every day ( motor veh registration app ) . all the rich f****** drive NCP.

1. buying NCP vehicles is very easy and convenient. there are dedicated facebook pages where dealers are openly adverting NCP vehicles , even giving their phone numbers ,

2. It is suspected that power ful govt and beaurocatic ppl are behind the NCP business themselves

what is NCP ;-

In short, non custom paid, a veh that is not 'cleared' through custom channels .

how do they come to pakistan ;-

1 . Iranian dealers place bids in -japan auctions, import vehs and offload at Chabahar port,

1. the vehs are then taken to zabul ( an iranian border town with afghan,)

2. from zabul, they are ferried to kandahar , farah and all the way to jalalabad . from where they are taken to chaman (queeta ) NCP bazaar ( with the collusion of FC and govt official ofc )

why NCP ;-

NCP is getting more common than ever, the extremely high and unjust taxation on vehs is forcing many ppl to go the NCP route to afford a decent vehicle. a 2014 vitz, which otherwise cost 15 lacs can be got for 7 lacs easy. PASSO 2014 for maybe 5 lacs .

i dont know in which universe you live, but ppl in islambad lahore are driving NCPs. and no body is asking questions .

many govt MNAs, even maryam nawaz drives a NCP bMW X5 to NAB courts, pl check the plates

a green official plate is something else,

maryam's X5 is probably that of mian muneer's ( her samdhi ) . if you run those plates, they turn out be some bolan, some cd70, some mehran.
