About problem in my new BMW 318i

i brought a new 318i twin turbo 1.5 l in feb 2019. while taking the delivery i told dewan motors that the gears seem to get stuck while shifting, but they said it will get fine with running the car. but as i did the gears got even rough. can someone let me know if this is normal with BMW manual gear box or should they be smooth. and if not, then what should I do about it while dealing with dewan.

Just go and park your car at deewan office, at a point where you can create a blockage. Leave the car and refuse to take it back unless or until they fix the car. If they bring a lifter to take your car away, take it back the next day and do the this again.

define stuck??

and ask them to put it up on a lift and check the linkage and fluid level.
