ABS light ON

have Prius 2011, 3rd Gen, driven for 1,67,000/ Kim's. Last night, abs, Hand brake and traction light came ON when I was parked outside a shopping mall with engine running. I tried to reset the lights by removing battery terminals but not successful. Torque scan does not read any fault code. I have noticed that brake pedal has gone hard and ABS motor is continuously working with small pauses. Can any body help me out. Regards

how about checking the brake fluid in the master cylinder tub please

Prius 2nd Gen has a common problem of ABS unit going faulty.

As capsat has said check brake fluid level and brake pads and wiring near the brakes.
Its highly likely that the ABS unit has gone out
