AC compressor problem with Suzuki swift 2011

AoA guys
I have a suzuki swift 2011, recently I encountered a problem :

I often goto my village which is 4 hours drive , i noticed that my ac compressor starts rattling noise on low rpm and cooling also shutsdown but when i speed up the sound is gone and cooling is fine.
I also noticed on just two separate occasions that i was going on low rpm(low speed) ac rattling was occurring i didnt turn off ac and after sometime the car started heating up so i turned off ac and gauge slowly came back to normal position and didn’t heat up rest of the journey ( almost 3 hours). This thing happened just two times.
Now my question are :
1) what is the solution of rattling compressor ?
2) the heating up of the car is just due to bad compressor ? Or i should check anything else because car doesn’t heat up even in hilly areas. Heating up just happened two times with AC on

What is your location??
There's a guy in chah sultan which replaces compressor parts with oem parts and knows what he's doing. The name of shop is Waqar car A/C. If it is beyond fixing, you might have to replace it with new unit and check for carbon in the system too, if carbon is present you'll have to flush the system before recharging.
As for the heating up issue, make sure you are using proper coolant and not just tap qater in radiator. Also check coolant level and if you see any bubbling, on cold engine leave the cap open and add more coolant as coolant level decreases. Other than that I hope that everything is fine

Also are you sure he is good in his work
Because i know about most engine parts. But i dont know a thing about AC compressor, i might not be able to differentiate whether the compressor is kabli or repaired or new one

Brother.
Just talked to waqar AC guy, he says that swift compressor can’t be repaired and also if you replace it with swift original compressor (kabli), it will eventually end up rattling
So he advised to replace it something he called “duet compressor “ ( Japanese kabli) With minor alteration. He says it has better performance and cooling.
What do you suggest?

That is up to you but I would suggest you to look for oem one and fit it without any alterations. Duet compressor is reliable no doubt I had it in my pino but I think you should stick with the original one. The choice is yours.

Well i am going there now to check physically out hich alteration will be done. I think most probably it will be just foundation
I am also in favour of oem but I talked to 2 separate guys. And both said the same thing that original compressor will end up rattling. Thats why i am confused

Well it's better if you take some people's opinion but in the end decision is up to you.

I visited him, he said that now a days everyone is using duet compressor and its results are good
Also he said that he can arrange swift original compressor (kabli) which cost less than duet but there is no guarantee that it will not rattle after sometime.
So again this made me confused whether to go for duet or oem as i am afraid that kabli compressor can also be a repaired one (who knows)

So I decided tomorrow i will visit more workshops
Meanwhile i am open to any advices about workshops and AC

That's the issue duet's compressor will also be a used one so either way there is no guarantee...

I would recommend you to get a second opinion from Mohal car ac in I10 or Abu bakar from Eastern car ac behind Pims

First confirm that your compressor is sensor type or clutch type. If clutch type then fit the same one. If sensor type then here is something for you.
I would highly suggest you to follow advice of this guy. These are sensor type compressor. Same thing happened with my 2016 corolla 1.8 cvti last year. It's a sensor type compressor. I changed it with oem one, taken out from premio 2017 nosecut in just 10k with whole system flush and filled gas. At 3rd day of eid this year I was at 80km/h when I heard loud humming noise. Well ac didn't work afterwards. I went to coolsun temple road Lahore the very next day. They told me that they won't fit sensor type compressors again, they're just too fragile and give up quickly. You're lucky that it lasted so many years.
I replaced ac compressor with clutch one of 2005 corolla altis 1.8, and a brand new condensor with honeybell original gas. Now cooling is Alhamdullilah way better then it used to be on a new car.

I searched on google And couldn’t find eastern car ac in islamabad, there is one eastern car ac in rawalpindi saddar but there is no Abu bakar in their contacts

Eastern AC rwp has well established setup. Although they are expensive... can be consulted for second opinion..
