AC Compressor Ring & Gas charging Santro Sanden Imported

I have 2001 Hyundai Santro Plus, Imported model CBU, the compressor of this model is different from which comes in the Locally assembelled cars, I need to have the O-Ring of the compressor which is sealant rubber ring which doesn't expand in heat and doesn't contract in cold.
I'm attaching pictures of my compressor and sticker, kindly tell me who has the exact solution to this problem. I'm in #Lahore.

Remove the old o-ring for size comparison and get the same size from any rubber supplies shop. You can find such shops around Brandreth road in Lahore.

You car ac system is designed to run on R134a referigerant, having Sanden ac compressor filled with SP-10 oil.

There are many reputable car ac workshops in Lahore, Punjab car ac near Ganga Ram hospital is one of them.

Pour some soapy water on the compressor and clean it with a dry cloth.

As it may not be possible to have a direct visual contact with the compressor unless it is detached from the engine, therefore using your mobile phone make a video from all possible sides of the conpressor.
Check the video for any sticker or numbers embossed on the compressor body.

Once you confirm the location of such sticker or numbers, try to take photos of that area for more clearer view and share those numbers here.

Sticker is normally placed on the front, opposite side of the mounting bracket and numbers showing series etc. or embosed on the back, opposite side of clutch pulley.

This is the discharge side ring... Go to any ac spare part store tell them need r134a discharge side ring....
That's it....

R134a systems run on three different sizes of pipes and every pipe has rings accordingly...

Fattest pipe=suction side
The one near to suction on compressor =discharge side
Thirdly the thinnest one coming out of cars interior side is liquid...

So you have three types of rings...

1)suction side ring
2)discharge side ring
3) liquid side ring

Sanden sp10, atmos gu10 and denso nd8 oil and generic PAG 46 oil are all the same.

The O ring u want is very easy. Almost any AC repair shop has them in a large box, make sure its green HNBR type, put some ac oil or silicone grease on it when installing so it doesnt tear apart.

ND-8 is double end capped, most generic PAG46 is single end capped, unless specifically mentioned..

Naa, most are double end capped now, atmos GU10 I know for sure was single - the same garbage filled in mazda vehicles in USA. - I sometimes have to beat sense into people to not use that garbage.

The castrol, mobil, suniso PAG46 oil are double end capped.

I would still trust a specific mention on the double endcapping on the oil rather than assume. Better brand name oils would have a specification available somewhere. All PAG46s are obviously not the same.

The newer Sanden SP10 is based on Idemitsu daphne hermetic (double end-capped PAG 46) oil, claims to be less hygroscopic than ordinary PAG46 oil.

Sir, the dilemma is that here most of the AC repair shops don't carry real stuff, higher price range can be one of the reason.

Market is flooded with counterfeit oils carrying names of big oil brands like denso ND-8, sanden SP-10, sunoco/suniso SL series, onida, uniqema/emkarate RL series, etc.

Then there is one another category of these oils available in small metallic bottles of say 100 to 150 ml capacity with no brand name on them, only with R134a oil written on them along with chinese text.

Sadly, counterfeit goods of all kinds remain a huge and endemic problem in Pakistan, including automotive fluids and lubricants.Perhaps ordering an OEM part number through a factory dealer might get good quality products.

You can buy branded refrigeration oils in Pakistan but they come in gallon containers usually, the smaller ones were a bit rare when I lived there.

But the everpresent stupidity like fake oils always exists.
