AC compressor taking Load?

Yesterday when i was getting oil changed i thought to get Gas checked of AC. While checking the AC mechanic told me that gas is sligthly low.
Cooling is fine but problem i want to know is whenever i turn On AC car feels very very heavy. The guy told me that compressor is taking load and you need to change it. I doubt his statement.

Ask him to check the pressure head of the compressor , if its fine then ur compressor is fine
The next thing to check is the condenser , if its NOT allowing gas to flow through, u'll observe the compressor bearing load , either clean it aur replace it
P.S the bottle aswell

Anyways if it still doesn't work the way it should , then its TURBO LAG

pressure head of the compressor according to him was not right. It shoots up when rpm goes up. I guess it was near 100 something.

BTW turbo is fine buddy 6 Psi FTW

ur running a thermostat by-pass setup and the fans are direct ?

no idea about thermostat. Fans are not direct.

i'll take 2nd opinion from another AC mechanic in few days.

Bro if car heats up on AC and taking load! Check AC compressor bearing, if it is OK than radiator and its hose pipes would be the issue... Coz when water is not circulated properly in an engine then AC takes load and faces heat up problems. After some time radiator hose pipes become soft causing shrink while you accelerating. Also remove the engine thermostat if radiator fan is not on auto. Good luck
