Ac doesnt chills during daytime .. only chills during morning and nights

I have a cultus 2004 .. recently fixed the ac system ... the ac chills during morning and nights .. but during day time it only blows cold air not chill ... what could be the issue ? need professionals advice .. thanks

Get Gas checked it will be low for sure. Also cover the dashboard with something to prevent it from sunlight/heat and use shades.
BTW Which components you are using compressor, condenser?

arry nehn yar .. last year it was chill as best .. gas leak hgie thi .. ab new discharge pipe banwaya, compressor ki service kerwaie aor new gas dalwie .. but reasults are not as it was before ... and btw compressor ka pressure bht strong hai me ne mechanic se check bhi kerwaya ...

I still doubt that. How gas pressure was checked did the technician attached both gauges or he only checked the low side and said all izz welll...
Do you see any fog on dryer glass when the AC is on or it's clear at that time?
Aur haan vacuum kia tha gas charge karnay se pehlay aur drier bottle change ki thi?

Yar i paid 3000 rs for gas ... and btw china waali gas konsi hoti hai ?? lol never heard of it ... and i didnt noticed the guages .. but tell me the proper pressure level ?? ill get it checked once more .. and yes there is white cloudy stuff in dryer i saw it .. and nope dryer bottle change nehn ki ...

Market check karein aap zara gas ki bohat si qualities hain..
Aik thread ha (Suzuki Khyber's ac repair and gas recharge Toyota GLI) waha pe aik table share kia tha mainay wo check karein aap aur uss k according honay chahiye pressures.
If there is white cloudy stuff then for sure gas is a bit low. Drier bottle lazmi change honi chahiye thi jab bhi system khulta ha wo lazmi change karni chahiye.

Pressures are only checked with the AC on and Engine RPM on about 1500 normally and then raising it to 2000-2500 RPM..
The chart has been shared by @qazi_sajid follow this chart while checking pressures according to the ambient temperature..

The sad part is technician charged him 3000/-RS for that work.
While these looters hardly use 500-600/-RS worth gas.. Theek ha profit bhi bnaien apna lekin abb itni kum gas k liye itna zyada profit...

Not a single mention of the serpentine condenser in this car? No matter the quality of R134a, it simply won't work with the stock condenser - most Cultuses of this era came with serpentine condensers. The only solution is to swap a multi flow condenser (Baleno's condenser fits bolt on). Plenty of old threads discuss this process.

In addition, the whole A/C lineset needs to be vacuumed with a vacuum pump without the dryer - only after sufficient vacuum should the dryer be installed. Both the condenser and evaporator need to be thoroughly cleaned from the inside. Again, this process is discussed in old threads.

Make sure that the condenser fan is working perfectly. If you are the DIY type, just swap it with a push-through 12"-13" SPAL/Bosch/Gates fan - plenty of those available in junkyards if you know how to find them.
