I had the same problem as yours .i have 2004 cultus and the car ac had very little throw and moderate cool air.while people use to say that it is enough for a cultus i wasnt satisfied.
Being such an old car the blower motor was almoat finished .its carbons on the blower motor were almost to their ends when we opened it up.and changed it.to increase the air flow we installed a relay on the number 4 speed.o ly down side is if the car is switched off and ac fan still on it will remain on and have to manually turn it off but it wont start until the car is on. So one has to turn it off when the car is off manually thats it
So first off get ur ac serviced and the evaporator inside ur car gets full of dust in a year's use as there is no cabin filter..and get gas checked .blower taken out and its fins cleaned.a full inside out ac service is needed.if all the system gas is changed do ask the service guy to put a little compressor oil in it because when the gas is changed u lose some oil.
