Ac is blowing warm air

Hey, i want it to know if its normal for a car which had been driven 11000km to blow warm air instead of cool air, my frnds say that it shoudnt happen since the car is new , i hope its not a leakage, any advice ?

There could be a variety of reasons for it. The compressor might not be working, its wiring might be damaged, the gas might have escaped, or even the knob that shifts the fan from blowing warm air from the heater pipes to cold air might have gotten disconnected. While any of these situations is not expected from a newer car like yours, they are still in the realm of the possbilities.

If the car is under warranty then I would suggest you to have it checked at the dealership. Probably gas leakage.
