My Toyota prius AC works fine in evening but in sunlight AC performance low down is this AC gas issue or something else?

In Morning when temp is not very hot cooling is great i n evening or night time AC performance is great but last weekned i visited faislabad and in afternoon weather was so hot and AC performance was down no cooling even on lowest temperature. In evening temp like 28,26 is more than enough for me but in afternoon AC performance is very low even on loweset temperature.
during short journeys or long ones too?does the compressor turn on or is just the fan working?
if the cabin is extra hot under sun ( say over 40C cabin temp ) and vehicle is in a slow moving traffic it will take a while for ac to balance HOT CABIN AIR 1st then condition the cabin for cooling..
under such circumstance roll down all 4 window pans allowing trapped hot air to escape quickly while aircon is running.
in long journey i also face this issue. I dont know how to check weather compressor working or not and please tell me how to check this
prius have a non conventional ac electric compressor and any faults in HVAC system can be diagnosed through an automotive scanner only

am sure you will not attend any call if your hands are messy working under / over a vehicle unless the ringtone assigned to FAMILY rings and you SHALL / MUST not miss that at all. ..
But atleast they can call back when someone calling them frequently
hold your hand in front of the vent, immediately in front of it to feel if any cold air is coming or not. If you feel cold air, roll your windows down for about a minute, to let the excess heat out, and then roll them up and enjoy the ride
Dear i observed my AC and i feel that one vent colse to parking button throwing cold air but all other vents in the car throwing normal air could you tell me what is the issue

not fixed yet. Recently i change oil and they also change AC filter but same issue.
