AC performance improvment solution

ive a khyber n its been hot days here in pindi...so obviously car AC isnt workin to its best...so i wat did was i put 1 extra fan in front of the condenser.sthe condenser is long enuff tht its almost covering full front of the car grill area..so one fan was already there,n i put same sized fan on the other half too..so now the cooling has increased...the fan costed me 800 RS whch i bought frm CHAH SULTAN...the khan was askin 1000 but student ka kah k sasta kra lia...hehe
fans r hell expensive these days..i visited some other shops b4 purchasing tht n rates were lyk 1200,1100 n not less...

end result is better cooling inside car.back seats can now even feel the cooling,plus no overheat issue ...em lovin it...pix will b attached in eve cuz im not havin my cell ryt now...just returned frm market n its already hot out but cooling was better inside...
so those havin prob with cooling,try this....

nice job , I also upgrade my AC System in my Daewoo. I also install additional Fan with Condensor with Power Relay. Another Power relay with Blower Fan.(Total Expenses with Labour Rs.1000/-) Now i am feeling winter in my car even outside 40 Degree Hot.

good deal mate...
i have relay with my blower but not with any of the condenser fans,n i think they dont need relay too.they r performing oK so y extra expense..

Yes In pindi , Nadeem Electrition near Murree road, Marir Chowk , Achi Salam Dua hai is say , Fan bhi is nay arrange kia , 2 power relays with Labour , Rs.1000/-.

My friend has increased the gap between roof and roof cover(inside) around 4inch in his khyber. it really helps in cooling quickly because outside heat doesnot reach inside from the roof.

seems practical
any extra load on the battery or was the relay good enough to hold up the load of two fans simultanously?

the gap creates a sort of vacuum which doesnot allow heat from roof to enter the cabin.works as an insulator.it works for the cars parked in sun for hours

by fixing it loose and it wont be noticeable unless you touch it

Its all in his head as most of the heat comes through the glass, if you dont think so... just compare it with a regular Khaber using a thermometer.

yupp no load on alternator as the fans dont take much power to run....
plus if they do,whch i think wont,add a relay..i didnt add relay cuz alternator is working OK so .....
cooling has increased 50% ...plus this has made one big improvement wen car is standing in signal or stuck in trafic...becuz one fan was not covering whole condenser so now whole condenser is under air even wen car is stop...pehly gari chal re hoti thee tou cooling sahe hoti the but now even stoped car,cooling is good...chalti hoe gari has even better cooling...
give it a try pplz who r havin some not very much gud coolin...
n abt the gap between sheet n roof,tht will ruin the car inner look so im not doin it..PERIOD...
