abt ur prob of mileage..bro the points shown on the gauge inside car is based on sensors located on the i dont knw wats tht called which shows pressure of cylinder,the round thingy with wires...cng kit py jo lagi hoti hy....go to cng wala n ask him to adjust it...10 20 rupay ka kaam b nae..he shud do this free...
or u can do it urself,i u wana do it urself,i can upload pix demonstrating how to do it...
n if the gauge is fine,then mite b ur gas setting r out...but try first the gauge adjustment...

bro it seems tht 2nd fan cant b adjusted...one thing could be done,get ur radiator fan direct,so radiator fan will suck air from ouside which will pass air through condenser fins n myt help in better cooling...
or better yet,get a button for doin radiator fan direct n auto from inside car,its not very much rocket science .so wen u feel like ac is not doin good,get car direct ... it wont help very much but still b better than only one fan runing...

The science of my radiator fan is as follows
It is controlled by thermostat when running without AC
but whenever I switch on the AC the radiator fan along with the AC fan gets switched on.
and I dont know what is this infront of the condensor
it looks like some kind of a bracket but dont know its exact use
its just like this since day1

Obviously it seems that you are running the old serpentine condenser and its not letting off heat very well - and by shooting an arrow I think you are running 134a gas. 134 with a serpentine condenser does not work in high heat.

What is needed is a multiflow condenser - you'll be amazed how efficiently it removes heat from the system with just one condenser fan.

I am using serpentine condenser with 134 but i agree with Xulfiqar multi flow is the future. Not only better heat also reduces load on engine.

Mine serpentine condenser is working fine in this heat but i will also go for multiflow.

Cost is not much more than the normal one. Around 4000 Rs new from sanden.

bro then let t run as it is becuz thermostat valve is keeping the temperature optimum for engine n fan is running indifferently of the valve...so i dont hink u need extra fan...

im running normal 134 but im planning to change gas but sanden says to use 134 for the model my car has in...but ill give it a try...plus multiflow is good no doubt but my DIY was for those who r not planning to chnge the condenser in near future n they still can improve some cooling thru my DIY...

ok tht affordable but dont u think one should go for multi flow once he is doin all AC redone..i mean only condenser change wont help mush,compressor plays its part too in cooling...

bro u can ask some CNG expert ot answer ur query....ot u can get it tunned from some good cng shop...
i dont wana mis guide u cuz i can guess but experts can guess better than me to tell u the cause...

In order to enhance AC performance, always kept clean condensor, free from dust and oil. In now a days clean/wash condensor with pressure pipe on weekly basis when reqire use surf (wet condensor then spray surf with hand on it and after some time wash with pressure). CLEAN CONDENSOR = CHILL A/C.
