I used the word Looks like, these type of crash are usually caused by drunk drivers, Still not sure! but I one thing's for sure the car is Chevy Optra...

There was also a Corolla gli on the other side of the road, few metres from this spot on islamabad side, Same Situation (two tyres on top of divider).
