I guess to ask u guys to check whether the airbags are deployed or not?
I have never been in a Honda JDM 660cc car but i do think that these are deployed because SRS Airbag stamp on Honda steering doesn't have any texture of cover on it! Rest I'll leave it for @muradi

There is obviously a rectangular cut for the airbag module but dont u feel there is a line on the middle of the rectangle?

i havnt cleaned this dashboard with a cleaner/shiner/polish since may 2014..tick tock ..waiting for the verdict..only simple wet cloth has been used to clean the car
@obxe, does your car have any touchings or to be more specific, a front hit?
front left say bumper repaired.bonnet repainted
cause if it is a case of deployment then next step will be to find the timer...
