spot on
This answers my query
on top of that, agar rules follow karoon , jaisay overseas karta tha, to kabhi roundabout cross hi na kar paon, kyon k doosri taraf se give-way aor yield ka koi tasavvur nahi hona aor apkay peechhy lambi line lag jani hai : )
our driving skill are based on bluffing, checking who will chicken out first,
Exactly, wagon walas, bikers, rikshaws follow the same regime.
both not chickening out = boom accident
No one has posted the black Honda Civic torn in bits on this forum? What the heck happened to that car?
according to a voice clip reportedly of the driver, he pressed brake hold button to disengage cruise control and car went berserk flipping around many times and then hitting a tree disintegrating into 2 parts.
Thank you. Why would anyone press the brake hold to disengage cruise control? Pressing the brake or accelerator pedal should do the trick. E-brakes on modern cars really seem to be an overkill. A normal handbrake is simpler and effective. My opinion
That's a horrific crash. Glad the driver made it.
I think he fiddled with parking brake button at high speed. There should be an override button for parking brake button at high speeds.Any of us who has done hand brake stunts on high speeds know how the car tries to flip if speed is little bit more when one try to pull hand brake.
Tag fazal wahab for more research and digging on this
Owner's statement makes no sense at all. Even if you brake hard at 125 car doesn't get out of control. CIvic X I think has VSC too.
Brake hard= your statement is true
Try hand brake at 125 and let me know
I agree. Car wheels were still straight. Means he didn't turned the steering.
I have many times. If the abs is working car stays under control. I tested hard braking at 100 multiple times during heavy rain few weeks back in phase 7 to test ABS and tire condition.
Sir read my post again.Yiur statement is valid for braking hard but not for pulling hand brake at high speed. No abs engages with hand brake. The rear wheel gets jammed and vehicle tail out.
Handbrakes are still manageable and almost impossible to apply accidentally but e-brakes are just a tiny button and really lock the rear drums/discs. E-brake seems to be a silly automotive innovation, in my opinion. Totally reliant on electric power. Wonder how it functions in an emergency if there is no power available.
