Would appreciate an assessment by experts as to how much should i offer for this Accord. the particulars are as under:

2003 Accord CL7 Modulo (Honda Custom Performance - genuine extended bumpers/ rear spoiler/ side skirts etc)
2000cc i vtec DOHC
Imported in 2006 under gift scheme by owner and since then with him
Islamabad regd.
12k kms done (i assume the mileage is genuine)

integrated bluetooth phone setup
Electric seats
Front heated seats
Full leather seats
ABS/ airbags
No sunroof

it costed the owner 2.4m (a bit above market) n now he's asking 1.7m .. plz help me assess the value so that i can place an offer!

it has nearlly all the options of a cl9 including full leather seats which is rare as 95% have semi leather... gr8 optiond for a cl7... go for it... my offer would be 16lacs
