Accord cl9 battery issues

I did not take out my cl9 2002 for a drive for about 10 days , however after ever 2-3 days i started it to keep battery charged.
Today the battery died , car was not starting ( battery is still in warrenty )
I replaced it with another battery and car started .
Note : i didnot leave any lights on or doors open etc.
Car is maintained , there is nothing loose in it that can cause a short circuit

Didn't they charge it 1st to properly check it that it works or not? And then replace?

Which brand's battery are you currently using? What's its model no.? 20HR capacity? CCA, etc.?

10 days is nothing for a battery to get discharged and unable to start the car, unless / until something was draining it like parasitic battery drain, etc.

Cigeratte lighter was short , now the problem has resolved
