Bhai log. Checked the engine. Said k24a. Engine number matches with the book. Seller gave me the whole file with import documents. Will be checking in detail keh where did they did the 2 numbri about cc and will share with you guys. Rahat bhai. Checked with your formula as well. It took me three tries first two, it switched at 6900 or 7000. Third try it went above. I dont know how high over 7000 coz my balls had come up my throat. The car is freakishly fast. Engine is very quiet when i cruise around at 80 kmph. But press the pedal down and you are at 120 before you can blink. Suspension is good. No kharak. The guy changed the rims and imported 5. So i get 2 stapnis. also he gave me grill of type s which he bought some time back. Here is a quick pic.

hahahahahaha if you go over some previous post when @Rahat083144 and I were discussing the CL9's performance I remember saying the same thing lol. It's a beast of its own, though I've owned faster cars but the CL9 always impresses me with that pull.
Now I welcome you to the club officially, MashAllah another Islamabad CL9 owner in the group!
@fahdahmad @viking85 @usmansameen - InshAllah a meetup after Ramadan!
Congrats on the deal. Matching engine number kills all the confusion. Anyways, good to have another CL9 owner. Happy driving brother.
Looking fwd to the meetup bro, InshAllah
Mubarak ho mubarak. So with K24 engine number there's no way it's a K20 and with 7000 rpm there is no way it's a Thai Accord. Which means now you need to add silver engine cover to the list of items required
Yar abhi do dafa kickdown kya, both times it shifted at 7000......facepalm! I was hoping for 7200 / 7300 LOL
Ideal post-iftar roads on the way back from office. Embarassing!
Should've shifted the lever to manual and clocked your heart out
You know when you start doubting just for fun, and then the doubts get real....ab mein soch raha hun kahin mera bhi tou CL7 engine nahin hai
It's the OCD kicking in brother, take it easy
Thankyou brothers. Loving the deal. 11 lac 50 for such a beast is peanuts. Meet up is done!!!!The things i will be doing tomorrow,Panel check with electricianHid checkChange engine oil. Gear oil. Oil filter. Air filter. Will be looking for seat covers as well.
Let me know if any other maintaiance check is required. And which gear oil to go for? And which liquimolly engine oil?
Oil's I would recommend are Liqui-Moly 0W-30 Synthoil Longtime or Liqui-Moly 5W-40 Synthoil High-Tech.
Check tire treads - if sufficient well and good otherwise if you plan on changing try out Continental MC5 215/50-R17 (best tires in my humble opinion, currently I'm on my 2nd set).
Excellent deal man. I mean there is no alternative to a car like this in our market where even Miras sell for more price. Is there any other luxury sedan that offers this much pleasure and satisfaction even close to this price. This car is a beauty without parallel and is so under rated in terms of resale. If I were offered a new city against a clean CL9 in same price i would always go for this beauty. I think people are not openly aware of this excellent option available under 1.5 million range, otherwise it would be selling like hot cakes. My front neighbour (retired gentleman) who had booked a City and was waiting for his delivery for the last 4 months was so impressed to see my car. He was amazed when i told him the price tag and was regretting his decision saying "he thought Accords are expensive and was regretting booking a City".In short, this car is Love man you'll adore it.
Trust me after owning the Accord, 2 City's (recently sold out the 2012) and 4 Civic's (recently bought the 2018) - the fact that Accord is still here says it all
Is the tranmission filter available at honda 3s dealers?
It should be available at the 3S dealerships - I know for a fact it was available at Honda Avenue because I got mine changed from there. - They wouldn't have the air-filter though.
I will probably be going for a k&n filter. Where can i get that in isb? And which plugs should i go for?
Ive stopped buying parts and maintenence items from Honda dealerships. If you find a reliable shop outside, these things are way cheaper. From experience you learn what is real vs fake. I would advice buying things from outside, youll find a marked difference in each item. If youre from Rwp lemme know. Ill point you to a reliable parts shop.
No. From isb. Let me know if there is a guy i can buy parts from. I can get liquimoli oil from the dealership in i8. Dont know about remaining stuff.
NGK laser Iridiums recommended for K24 - though you can search for other options.
Whereas, Air-Filters I got them from Singapore.
And yes I forgot to mention kindly check your brake-pads as well.
