@usmansameen brother, sorry to be obsessed about this, but here is my conclusion based upon the info here:
Car is declared as 2000cc. Not so easy to get away with, otherwise with this Pakistani awam it's very much possible that every other CL9 would be declared that way. It's also possible that engine number mentioned in docs is K20A-xxxxxxx. If it's a K24 then engine number on docs would not match engine number on block. No seller would sell his car with this anomaly.
Engine cover is black. That could only belong to a Thai or CL7. Engine cover sticker is missing. Thai Accord would say 'i-VTEC 2.4 DOHC' whereas CL7 would say 'i-VTEC DOHC'. So if it's a CL7 engine, it would make sense to peel off the sticker, if you're branding it as a 2.4 CL9.
Without much technical info, I'm sure CL7 engine can easily be mated to CL9 exhausts.
These things are pointing suspiciously towards a CL7 engine. Do keep us posted. Redline test is the surest way for a quick definite confirmation. Scary stuff this is.
