I sensor'd critical information for your privacy. The car's official registration states its a K24. One way of checking is lifting the car up and checking the exhaust. A genuine exhaust will have original engravings - original cats till the extractors but obviously over the period of time the previous owner might have changed them.

As @Rahat083144 states a K24 is a high-revving engine, test drive the car properly to get a proper feel. Honestly I would suggest that you go and test drive other CL9's as well in order for you to get a better idea of the power if you're speculating regarding the car's engine authenticity.
