As for Turbo vs CL9 - CL9 is my daily driver and Turbo is my wife's. I slightly prefer CL9 overall. Its a smaller yet heavier car and you can clearly feel both these things when you hop from one of these cars into the other, so a very strange feeling.
Power:
Turbo would win a drag race because its lighter, has immediate response and does not waste time shifting gears (due to CVT). In light throttle day-to-day driving Turbo feels quicker. However, there is no difference in medium throttle and full throttle. Turbo immediately responds but CL9 takes time to take off. But when CL9 takes off, its scary - means low end power Turbo is better and high end power CL9 is better.
But thing is, we are comparing 2003 CL9 vs 2016 Turbo. I would bet that if we could find a CL9 whose engine is in factory condition i.e. apple-to-apple comparison with the new Turbo, then CL9 can easily stay with it in a drag race.
Sound:
The L15b7 Turbo sounds much better than the K24a3. If the K sounded even close to the Turbo engine, I would prefer the CL9 drive miles over the Turbo.
Transmission:
Of course conventional auto is much more fun than CVT, so I prefer Accord.
Stability:
Both equally good.
Steering:
I normally prefer heavy steering, but Accord's steering is too heavy even for me. So I would go with Turbo.
Brakes:
Both equally good, but Turbo is lighter, so slight edge.
Ride:
Turbo is much softer, but then it has 55 sidewall tires compared to 45 for my CL9.
View:
Turbo's outside view is better.
Headlights:
CL9's HIDs with projectors are miles better than Turbo's. Even the halogen high beam of Accord is miles better than Turbo's.
Space:
Turbo's interior is much more spacious.
Features:
My CL9 does not have any features, so Turbo has more. But then Accord has courtesy front door lights, glovebox light, sun visor lights, driver seat lumbar adjustment, etc. which Turbo doesn't have.
Seats:
This is something I must mention. My CL9 has fabric seats and Turbo has factory leather seats. I am not using any seat covers in both of these cars. The seats of the Accord are in another dimension as compared to the Turbo! The grip of the fabric, the support of the shape, the softness yet support of the foam, the size and I don't know what else but this superiority in seats comfort even overcomes the much harder ride quality of the Accord.
