I was scanning the CL9 forums before buying mine. I saw your car on Saad's thread. Loved it even then. Talked to Saad for his car as well but eventually went for Islamabad number.

I spotted Saad sometime back on Shahrah e Faisal and called him up for a chat. The dark finish on the alloys makes his car stand out from the crowd. His car is up for sale again. Came across a base model CL 9 (fabric seats and no cruise control) with 17inch FF alloys and body kit in the PW ads section with low mileage (around 70K km) but that ad vanished in a few days.

Exactly. We are comparing 13 lacs CL9 with 31 lacs Turbo.

Thanks Bro! That is exactly my car - fabric seats, no options, but 17inch alloys and bodykit. Great car if you just like cars for their drive, and not necessarily features (which is the way I am). Sad you missed it.

As for interior pics, I've never taken them somehow. These days its not exactly clean either, because of my 6 yr old son I've stopped taking care of the interior. But here a couple of pics of the engine, which I am really proud of. As you can see it has not even been detailed, yet looks good.

Here you go, haven't cleaned the car though.

The seats need a minor repair work to fix the leather cracking, otherwise they're fine. Note: They're 15 years old.

Condition seems good enough. How would the repair be done. I've seen leathet repair kits available online. What options are available here?

Yes I've seen the leather repair kits as well, I'll have someone with the knowledge and expertise fix them up. It's just a minor repair to freshen up the seats otherwise they're in perfect condition, atleast in my personal opinion.

I have this guy in Lahore who redid my Honda City's interior because I hated the stock one, he say's he'll do them, he's just waiting for me to bring the car.

I used the fabric from Vezel Z package and black pure-leather everywhere else in the car; Arm-rest, steering wheel, seats and side door-panels where usually its the black-rough fabric (I forgot what it was called).

Do post the before and after for leather seats if you get them repaired. Mine are leather and fabric mix which is better in terms of wear. But still some minor deterioration is visible along the seams in driver seat. Will get it repaired if some option is available locally.

I was planning on getting a aftermarket navigation for the Accord.

Although mine has an OEM nav system i was looking for an android one as well. Shortlisted two options.
Checkout these
1. Better but more expensive

2. Another good but cheaper option

I saw these two as well but I'm sceptical regarding their functions. Both of them would require the OEM to be replaced thus probably hindering Dual AC function along with steering controls. I believe option 2 does support the dual AC and steering controls but I don't know :3 -

All I need is bluetooth connectivity and a aesthetic upgrade

Their videos and user reviews are available on youtube. I think they both support steering controls and dual AC.

I've often thought about this upgrade especially since mine is non-navi, but I have exactly the same apprehensions as yours, hence not willing to risk.

Coolant isnt looking too good. Letting off colour. My finger gets stained with colour when i dip it in reservoir. Will completwly flush it and replace with honda type 2 coolant today. Hiw much quantity does it need.
Anyone with a user manual soft copy of CL9/ accord Euro.
