Hello CL owners,
I am also driving a CL9 that was parked at my brother's place as a 3rd car for some years before I needed one and he passed it to me reluctantly. Its great to see a forum on the car here. I am trying to bring it to my taste so a few cosmetic and some technical questions:
1. This is recent. I parked my car in the office and guard told me brake lights are on. I checked the light switch and it was off. I was in a hurry so I just disconnected the two tail light and one center light (mounted in rear window). I guess the brake switch might have gone bad. Any ideas where it is located?

2. The front bumper needs to be adjusted/replaced. I see some gaps from the lights. any tips to get that done and costs?

3. Any recommended place to get suitable/pretty rims that would suit the car

Regarding brake lights, there's a mechanism on the brake pedal whereby the lights switch on when you depress the pedal. This is behind your steering column / at the top of the brake pedal. Most likely some part has fallen off / been dislodged, fooling the system into thinking brake pedal is depressed, hence the lights on. If indeed that turns out to be the problem, it shouldn't be an expensive fix.

Welcome to the thread. Brake switch is located above the brake pedal as @Rahat083144 mentioned above. This is a common issue and an inexpensive fix. Around 700-1000 from kabar.
You'll have to lie down and disconnect the cable, twist the switch to unlock it and pull it out.

Every weekend is CL Day. Getting the thermostat valve checked. Thought about replacing it but sadly new is not available in Rwp Saddar. OEM part available in Karachi and Damn expensive. Shops quoting Rs 9000 for shipping it from Kracahi.
Initially I thought new parts are easy to find, starting to change my opinion about new parts availability. Here is the beauty getting pampered. Ill put in the coolant today.

Its 2004/2007 Type S islamabad Reg ..3 pieces touched up...not accidented at all...what should be the fair price..mechanically, leectrically, transmissionand engine all.in perfect condition..tyres 60 percent left.

Before buying, make sure that the panel and cd rom for its software works. These are a pain to get fixed.

Can someone tell me an electrician who can fix the clock. The one i usually go to said these are unfixable and another one i go to got his workshop demolished by cda.

There is no way out to adjust the clock of navigation model ... as a last resort u have to disconnect the battery terminal are reconnect it at exact 1 pm...that is the only solution. I also did the same.

How many litres are left in the fuel tank when the reserve light comes on?

And i have driven 362 km on the current tank and no reserve light yet. Too much unclish driving i guess
